
How to Make Valentine's Day "Red" CarnationsFun and easy to make, these red carnations are great way to say "I love you" for Valentine's Day. Supplies: One bunch of white carnations One glass vase One bottle of liquid red food coloring Directions 1. Cut one inch off the ends of the carnations. 2. Add warm water to a vase and place in a several drops of red food coloring. 3. Place the carnations in the vase. 4. Watch patiently as the red coloring seeps into the carnation. It may take a day or two. 5. When the desired color is achieved, replace the water with fresh, clear water. Arrange your flowers and enjoy!
